BR INC BOOKINGS
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE CONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING.
PAYMENTS
You will receive an invoice with all booking and payment details. Please ensure all booking details are as required on your invoice. All booking payments are in accordance with our TERMS: Net 7 days of invoice date.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
CANCELLATIONS
Should for any reason a booking cannot be fulfilled, BR Inc. offer a full refund with a minimum of 3 business days notice prior to the booking date. For cancellations with less than 3 business days, we will offer you a refund of 50% of your total booking cost or a credit. Our credit is offered in accordance with our rescheduled conditions.
Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will forfeit the right to any form of a refund or credit.
RESCHEDULED BOOKINGS
We understand circumstances change, therefore BR Inc. are happy to reschedule any bookings provided at least 2 business days notice is given. If a rescheduled date is still unknown, we are happy to hold a credit for your booking to the same value, to be used on any future BR Inc. bookings. This credit will be held for 3 years of credit date.
THEATRE STYLE BOOKING
We are happy to set BR Inc up to any style that will suit your booking. However, due to furniture removal and the requirements for set up, all theatre style bookings are required to be a minimum of 3 hours.
GUIDELINES
All food, beverages or restaurant bookings can be organised through the amazing team @ Riba Kai. We request that any group catering to be organised at least 2 business days prior to the booking date. Please contact info@ribakai.com.au and Kylie will be able to help with any of your needs.

Unfortunately, parking is very limited in our complex. We ask if you could please find a park on either Newspaper Place or Dalton Drive, this would be greatly appreciated.
On arrival, please see one of our staff in the Vincenza Coffee Office, who will take you through to the Boardroom and help get you connected as well as answer any queries you may have.
